		<description>I complete agree - it seems that Microsoft has really neglected &quot;power users&quot; in its recent OS designs.  For example, the work required to find a machine&#039;s IP address via the GUI is ridiculous.  It does seem like some of this is being addressed in Windows 7 (e.g., the ability to easily move and resize program windows).  Until then, there are a few good utilities that fill in the gaps.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve just moved to Vista and I cannot believe that managing extra screens hasn&#039;t moved on since XP at all - apart from hiding all the most popular buttons I can&#039;t see what Microsoft have achieved with Vista. All very frustrating.
